Prince St. Pizza, which opened in 2012 in New York City, has developed a loyal following over the years for its Neapolitan pizzas and legendary Sicilian Squares. Featuring Sicilian recipes that have been passed down through generations, Prince St. Pizza is known for its handcrafted sauces that are made fresh daily from scratch and its signature crisp and fluffy dough. Gluten free crust is also available for most of their pies. Prince St. Pizza offers 10 styles of Sicilian Squares and six types of Neapolitan Rounds, pizzettas, which are 10 inches and four slices, salads, fried risotto balls and desserts. Fresh homemade sauces are also available by the jar to enjoy at home.
