Ramen RYU is the third brand produced by RYUS NOODLE BAR, which has also opened a store at Canada’s only Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. This is Toronto’s first ramen shop that focuses on Iekei ramen as its main product. Iekei ramen is currently one of the most popular ramen categories in Japan. It is also known as tonkotsu soy sauce ramen, but I think it is a ramen with a very deep flavour as it uses plenty of chicken.
