HELMETS & SKATE AIDS 
Helmets are mandatory for guests aged 12 and under. Helmets are recommended for all skaters. Skate aids are also available to borrow from the Skating Hut at no cost. Availability is first-come, first-served, so we recommend arriving early.

SAFETY & CONDITIONS
The rink may close during severe weather or if conditions are unsafe. In the event of a closure, skating will not proceed until conditions improve.

ICE SKATING WAIVER
When reserving Ice Skating at The Well, you are accepting the following terms & conditions on behalf of all booked skaters:

• All skaters on the ice must wear skates; shoes are not permitted.
• Ice skating involves inherent risks and physical demands.
• Participants (or guardians) accept full responsibility for any injury, property damage, or loss.
• Skaters aged 12 and under must be accompanied on the ice by an adult.
• Participants waive all claims against the rink and its affiliates, staff, and volunteers.
• Photos or video captured on-site may be used for promotional purposes.
• Skaters must follow the “Code of Skater Responsibility” and all staff instructions.
• Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the ice and facility without refund.
