For one night only, Montréal’s famed Bar George takes over The Dorset for an unforgettable evening of cuisine, cocktails and late-night revelry.
O&B Corporate Executive Chef Anthony Walsh and The Dorset Executive Chef Ryan Lister welcome Bar George Executive Chef Kevin Ramasawmy and Pastry Chef Nicolas Parsy for a showstopping culinary collaboration. The evening begins with bubbles and canapés in the bar before moving upstairs for a three-course dinner featuring Bar George’s signature Beef Wellington and a decadent dessert.
Then, the volume turns up. From 9pm, Bar George brings its legendary Montréal nightlife energy to The Dorset with a DJ, cocktails and bottle service. Come for dinner, or just come for the party—and settle in for a Saturday night designed to go late.

Dinner: 6:30pm | $145 per person, excluding tax and gratuity (includes bubbles and canapés, three-course dinner and post-dinner cocktail). Optional wine pairings are available for $50 per person.
