A free and open-level House dance session with Toronto’s high-energy and soulful House dance collective: House of Sole.

This guided session and workshop delivers raw energy rooted in true House music and culture.  House of Sole will break down foundational movements, footwork, and groove of House in a playful and propulsive environment that frees self expression and collective movement.

House of Sole is a Toronto-based group of artists dedicated to exploring the rich vernacular forms of house dance and culture, while paying homage to its historical roots and the bodies that gave birth to it.
