Led by Executive Chef John Horne, La Plume’s menus will feature a mix of timeless French classics and fresh seaside flavours, along with a strong rotisserie program and tartare bar. A wide range of signature cocktails, refreshing spritzes, and Old World wines will be perfect for sipping within La Plume’s stylish bar, dining room or terrasse.
