This International Women’s Day, celebrate the women shaping Toronto’s culinary and hospitality scene with a one-night-only five-course dinner at The Dorset. Enjoy dishes from guest chefs Martine Bauer (Pompette) and Junelle Casalan (Castle & Coal Bakery), alongside Oliver & Bonacini culinary talent Courtney Latham McKay (Maison Selby), Akane Hagiwara (La Plume), and Alessia Tamburro (The Dorset).
Cocktails will be crafted by a trio of expert mixologists, with beer and wine available from women-led producers. From front-of-house to back-of-house, this all-women-led evening celebrates creativity, collaboration, and community. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Nellie’s, supporting women and children through shelter, outreach, and skill-building programs.
Tickets are $100 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and include a handcrafted welcome cocktail. Limited seats available.
