Sweat and Tonic has launched a new concept: Reformd, a stand-alone Lagree studio at the Well. It’s located across the mezzanine from the flagship Sweat and Tonic, but it isn’t a mere annex. Reformd is a fully independent operation that specializes in trembling abs and mood lighting.
